The cost to recharge a battery is not covered. A fee may apply for this service.
If your Green Marine Lithium battery is found to be defective during the warranty period (and is not simply discharged), we will repair or replace it at no charge. We reserve the right to test any battery presented for a claim.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
